Citizens Bank has joined the Satell Institute Collective Force by making a yearly pledge to Project HOME. Project HOME, based in Philadelphia, offers a variety of incredible programs and services designed to enable adults, children and families to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. Along with opportunities for employment, medical care, education, and advocacy, Project HOME has also developed almost 1,000 units of affordable and supportive housing for those who have experienced homelessness or are at-risk in Philadelphia.
Citizens Bank’s donation is geared towards increasing workforce development efforts and to support training programs. Project HOME’s Adult Learning and Workforce Development Program (ALWD) gives Philadelphia-area adults a chance to get back on their feet by providing education and job training. Citizens Bank realized the importance of jobs in the Philadelphia-area and decided to make an impact by partnering with a tremendous nonprofit in Project HOME.
