In the Spirit of Service: Modern Leadership for Business and Community Impact

January 13, 2026 | 8:30am-10:00am | United Way Worldwide | Arlington, VA

The Satell Institute is hosting a series of a small, closed-door discussions — no more than 25 CEOs and senior executives — to focus on innovative CSR strategies and honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The focus will be on: meeting people where they are. We’ll dig into what that really means today (mentorship, volunteerism, community engagement) and how those ideas translate in a world that’s redefining work through generational shifts, hybrid environments, and new expectations for leadership.

As with all Satell Institute gatherings, there’s no press, no fundraising, and no agenda other than honest conversation among purpose-driven peers.

These CEO Roundtables are happening across Washington, DC; Baltimore; Wilmington; Camden; and Philadelphia. Participation is limited to 25 leaders in each city — and every seat matters. These are candid, practical discussions that bring together people who care deeply about performance and about their impact on others.

Contact Jake Dawson for information or to reserve a spot.
