More than 300 CEOs will actively discuss and learn cutting-edge CSR strategies for this different world. The event features rapid-fire speaker presentations and in-depth audience Q&A about the most important CSR issues of the day, followed by more intimate peer idea exchange in groups of 10.
The spring event’s featured speakers include:

- Jim Dever, President, Bank of America Greater Philadelphia, who’ll talk about BofA’s CSR efforts, including the ESG (environmental, social, governance) criteria BofA is using to thoughtfully measure the corporate and community impact of its CSR activities to be more effective.
- Vernita Dorsey, Senior Vice President and Director of Community Strategy at WSFS Bank, who’ll offer stories from multiple nonprofit leaders on the transformational impact that dedicated, long-term corporate philanthropy can have on nonprofits’ ability to deliver on their missions.
Rodger Levenson, Chairman, President and CEO of WSFS Bank, serves as Chair of the CEO Conference, which is private for Satell Institute members and invited guests. David DeStefano, CEO of Vertex, serves as Vice Chair and will head the October 2022 Conference Committee.
