About the Course:
Articles we use every day were developed through science. Discover how seemingly unrelated topics have common roots linked through science.

Expected Outcomes:
Participants will:

  • Learn how to use experiments to answer basic questions you have about the world around you.

Cub Scouts will complete requirements 2a, 3, 4 and 5 of Science Everywhere Nova Award

This course is open to all youth in grades 6 – 8. We look forward to learning with all genders whether you are currently a Scout or not!

About the Instructors: Tom Finley
Our instructors are subject-matter experts either through their profession or hobby-related experiences, and are trained in the BSA Youth Protection training that includes safety measures online.
