Science is everywhere! Learn about the world around you with exploration and experiments.

About the Course:

You’ll also hear about real-life Black superheroes, past and present, who have made a true difference in the world. Finally, with the help of a renowned comic book artist, you will use our templates (and your imagination!) to create your very own superhero with the power to stand up for what you believe in.

Cub Scouts will complete requirements 2a, 3, 4 and 5 of Science Everywhere Nova Award
This course is open to all youth in grades 6 – 8. We look forward to learning with all genders whether you are currently a Scout or not!

Our instructors are subject-matter experts either through their profession or hobby-related experiences, and are trained in the BSA Youth Protection training that includes safety measures online.
