With Five CEO Conferences on Tap, SI Is Growing Quickly

The new multi-city, multi-conference approach demonstrates the widening impact of the Satell Institute and Corporate Social Responsibility.

This fall and winter, for the first time ever, the Satell Institute will host its signature Private CEO Conferences in five different cities — a testament to the organization’s growing momentum and the increasing appeal of its CSR mission.

Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Washington D.C. (SI’s newest chapter) will each host a conference in October, while a fifth chapter — New York City — will host its first CEO conference this winter.

The conferences — open to SI’s CEO members and their invited guests — bring together business leaders in each city for inspiring conversations about the challenges facing communities and the ways free-enterprise organizations, working closely with nonprofits, can make a difference. The upcoming conferences feature an array of prominent speakers from each geographic area, including the president of the Super Bowl-winning Philadelphia Eagles.

SI’s first Private CEO Conference was held in Philadelphia in the spring of 2018. Each successive conference has been larger and more impactful than the one before it. Now, with SI quickly expanding into new markets, members in those cities will have the benefit of a stand-alone conference focused on issues local members think are important.

The conference hosts, nonprofits themselves, appreciate the exposure to SI’s vision and CEO membership.

The Satell Institute extends its deep appreciation to the Conference Chairs, as well as the members of the Conference Committees who do so much to make these events a success.

The Satell Institute boasts more than 360 Corporate and Foundation Members, along with more than 450 Nonprofit Affiliate members and more than 600 productive partnerships. Through SI, members are responsible for more than $150 million in philanthropic support.
